IMPACT INVESTMENT

Reclaim aims to have an economic as well as a social impact on Nepal while providing a good return on investment for our investors. Current and future investors can claim a proportional part as their contribution to the impact indicators. Reclaim will supply investors with data, stories, and photos with which to communicate their involvement to their audience. 

Reclaim is a sister company of Biocomp Nepal Pvt. Ltd. which has extensive experience and a large network in waste management in Nepal. They are currently working on government contracts for waste management at the biggest markets in Kathmandu. The company built a solid reputation in waste collection (12,000 tons per year), waste segregation, and the production of organic fertilisers from organic waste. Biocomp has an extensive sales network throughout Nepal with a focus on Kathmandu valley, and sells over 500,000 KG of organic fertilisers annually. Reclaim Nepal is using this experience for the establishment of a complete value chain for plastic recycling. Through its international investors and partners Reclaim has access to international experts and the knowledge and experience of waste managers and recycling companies in Europe and India. Reclaim Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a Foreign Direct Investment company registered in Nepal and led by a European CEO with extensive work experience in Asia.

Reclaim Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is an initiative of the Biocomp Nepal Foundation, the founder of Nepal’s biggest organic waste manager Biocomp Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (www.biocompnepal.com). An investment in Reclaim Nepal Pvt. Ltd. ( Registered in Lalitpur, Godawari municipality, Nepal) can be made directly in the company in Nepal or through the Biocomp Nepal Foundation (registered in the Netherlands).

Reclaim requires additional funding in the coming years and can provide a healthy return on investment. Funding can be provided through equity, soft loans, or financing future plastic or carbon credits. An investor proposal and detailed financial business plan is available upon request.
